A brand made of people, places and living stories.
VIVA VOICE's mission is to work with communication as a living practice, creating contexts where people, organizations and territories can communicate in a more conscious, clear and human way.
Through listening, storytelling, training and the relationship with territory and nature, we help develop skills and transform ways of communicating, creating more meaningful connections between people, places, communities and organizations.
We aspire to a world where places are living spaces, people communicate with clarity and intention, and the natural is integrated as an essential dimension of the human experience.
Listening comes before the word. It is not just about hearing, but being present and available to understand contexts and people.
Being is more important than showing. We value attention, rhythm and the ability to be truly in the moment.
People are at the center. We privilege authentic relationships, clear language and empathy in all contexts.
Places are agents, not scenarios. Each territory has its own identity, memory and voice that deserves respect.
Learning is a process in motion. We do not offer closed answers, but processes that evolve with people.
What we say and what we do are aligned. Growing with consistency is more important than expanding without meaning.
Our methodology is based on a clear and applied structure, built from experience in the field and certified training.
Our work develops from three forms of entry, which coexist and complement each other:
"The methodology is sufficiently structured to ensure consistency and sufficiently flexible to accommodate different intentions, from conscious leisure to human and organizational development."
From Barreiro to the world, my path has been guided by observation, of what is said, but also of what happens in silences. I started my journey as a sociocultural animator with young people at risk. I learned that communicating is, before anything else: presence, relationship and listening.
My path is multidisciplinary by nature. In animal protection projects, I learned to read behaviors without using words. In hospitality and international tourism, from the Algarve to Óbidos, from Lisbon to the Bahamas, I discovered that it is possible to connect people and cultures even without a common language. In human resources, I deepened the importance of well-being and communication in organizations.
In Alcochete, the territory I chose to live and care for, VIVA VOICE was born, as a reflection of a way of being that goes beyond the brand it contains. I bring with me tools from theater, performance, science and management to create contexts where communicating is always a meeting point. I make my voice available to amplify others: those that came before, those that are being made and want to be heard now and those that are yet to come.
